Shipping & Returns Policy

Once a purchase is made, you will be provided with a Shipment Confirmation email and it will contain your tracking number. The tracking number will be active with 24-48 hours.

On all retail website orders, we may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. All products may or may not be available in your area. We are not responsible for shipments intercepted by foreign customs or import services.

Customers from the United States and its territories can expect to receive their order within three (3) to seven (7) business days; international orders may take four (2) to six (6) weeks, depending on the destination. Expedited Shipping is available upon checkout.

Please contact us directly with any shipping questions. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 72 hrs. If a product had been damaged; we replace the order free of charge.

Terms of Sale – Refund Policy

Located on our website, you are given the complete terms of your purchase. Included in those terms is your clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or use these products may provide.

Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy. Customer satisfaction comes first to us, however, due to CBD LEGALLY having our own Quality Control Department, we do not refund any orders for a customer not being satisfied. If a customer receives an incorrect item, please provide us with an order number and details about the item; we will then send you a shipping label to return the incorrect product to us and the correct order will be sent to you immediately after we receive the incorrect item. You may return any new, unopened bottles of oil within 10 days of delivery date. Pods and edibles are non-refundable. In an instance where a product is damaged during the shipping process, we send a replacement free of charge and expedite the shipping process.
